• The following Tariffs are for 2 adults, per night.
For bookings of more than 2 adults, add $15 per adult extra, per night. Then add children's tariff (if applicable). Children's rates are below.

Off-peak Mid-week Monday to Thursday
2 nights + $140 per night.
One night only - $185

Off-peak Weekend
Friday to Sunday
2-3 nights: $165 per night
Overnight May to August $200
Other months - call for rate.

Holiday rate (NSW Public & School hols)
Flat rate. $200 per night (no overnights)

Children/concession
Children: 1-5 yrs $5 per night each, 6-12yrs $10 pn, 13yrs+ $15 pn ea (adult rate)
* Concession rates available on application for bona fide students, pensioners etc
* Parents with bed-wetting children must bring waterproof bed-protector.

Check-in is 2.00 pm and Check-out is 10.00 am when the cottage has bookings back to back.
Otherwise check-in and check-out times are flexible. Just ask us.

PAYMENT
Full payment in advance, on credit card.
For long bookings many months out, 50% deposit, with balance due 2 weeks before arrival.
Long Weekends / Easter : A minimum fixed price tariff applies.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS
- 6 weeks or more notice = full refund of deposit;
- Less than 6 weeks, but more than 2 weeks = 50% refund of deposit, if we are unable to refill the vacancy.
- Less than 2 weeks = no refund of deposit if we are unable to refill the vacancy.

Tucked away in a serene rural location, this house is nestled on approx. 9 acres, most of which is natural bushland.


Only 6 km from Huskisson on Jervis Bay - a 6 minute drive on sealed roads.
Kitchen: fully equipped.
Gas bbq on north porch overlooking bushland.

Lounge: large, with combustion heater (for winter); opens onto south porch
Flatscreen TV.

Bedroom 1: one queenbed only, made up with linen.
Bedroom 2: 1 queenbed and 2 single bunks
3rd room is large, with 1 sofabed, one queenbed, and one single bed.
4th area adjoins hallway and has triple bunk (lower bunk double width).

Bathroom: one, with shower-over-bath; 1st toilet.
Laundry: large, with washing machine, and 2nd toilet.

Parking: Plenty of room for vehicles, boats.

• Clean & well-behaved dogs welcome. (There are chickens, kangaroos and other wildlife on this acreage, so dogs must be restrained from chasing any wildlife)

(As the lounge & bedrooms have carpet, we request ‘no dirty shoes’ & ‘no dogs’ on those areas.)

Smoking is not permitted inside our houses, nor on any balcony from which smoke can drift inside.
